Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
• Returns for change of mind, dislike, wrong selection, color preference, or personal reasons are not accepted.
• Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• A complete unboxing video is compulsory.
• The video must begin before opening the parcel.
• The parcel's shipping label must be clearly visible.
• The video must clearly show the damaged product.
• Edited, paused, cut, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
• Return requests without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

How to Submit a Return Request

• Clear photos of the damaged product

Return Verification

• Every return request will be verified by our support team.
• Approval depends entirely on the submitted evidence.
• Our decision regarding return approval will be final.

Refund Policy

• Only the product amount is eligible for refund after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Discount coupons and promotional offers cannot be refunded in cash.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping Charges

• The customer must arrange and pay the return courier charges.
• Dhanwin Trendy Bags does not reimburse return courier expenses unless specifically approved.
• The product must be securely packed before shipping.

Non-Returnable Cases

• No unboxing video.
• Edited or incomplete unboxing video.
• Product used after delivery.
• Product damaged by the customer.
• Missing original packaging.
• Missing accessories or tags.
• Return request submitted after 48 hours.
• Minor color variation due to display settings.
• Personal dislike or change of mind.
